Switch may be installed for continuous illumination, or illumination for "power on" mode only. The included wire harness simplifies the installation process allowing the user to cross, and then cap, wires to create the new circuit rather than wrestle with soldering the teeny tiny contacts of the switch within the extremely limited clearance often found behind a vehicle dashboard. Rubber O-ring may optionally be used for additional water resistance.
